How to get through a bad day
Bad days come too often, even if they only come every once in a while, it is too often. The science of a bad day is interesting to me though, everybody copes with them differently. Some people need to be with others, some people need to be alone; some people spend a lot of money while others compulsively clean. It’s our individuality that gets us all through bad days in our own little ways. For me, my bad day starts the night before, when I find myself not sleeping and just thinking anxiously how I’m going to get through life and what I’m going to be when I grow up and how everything seems absolutely impossible. This is the gist of the night and in the morning all I have is a stomach ache from all of the worrying and a full day ahead of me in which I have to stay awake for. My way of coping with bad days is probably the worst. It makes me more exhausted, depressed and anxious than I was when this horrible day started but it is still my very own way. You can speak all the inspirational crap that you want but when you have a bad day, just do your thing, be you and nobody else. Bad days happen, and they suck. Call your sister and cry, go for a run, eat ice cream, get a beer, do what you do. People try to avoid individuality as much as they can for reasons unknown but this is one of those things that you can’t steal. You can get ideas out of CosmoGirl to get through a bad day but unless it fits your style the same way that bad day does, it won’t work. I’ve come to terms with my flawed bad day behavior and there is nothing good to say about it besides the fact that it’s me. If you don’t like it shut up and catch me on one of my good days.

Sorry if I mislead you into thinking I was going to have all of the answers to your horrible, awful, miserable day. I don't exactly know how to get through a bad day except to just push with your own strength and use the resources you want.
